due to some big ol’ update to the PSN store and such. And, I don’t know what to do with myself. I’m kinda bored and stressed out, so normally I would be jumping onto my latest Socrack replacement (all you SOCOM vets know what I’m talking about) Call of Duty but, obviously, I can’t, because the network is down for an overhaul!
Oh, sure, I COULD play single player or pop in MLB 08 and live out my fantasy as a second basemen (hey, you never know, it could’ve happened! I had a glove, a decent arm, speed, and a bit a of a bat back in the day) but I just got readdicted to CoD4 and it’s just not gonna do it for me. What’s a boy trapped in a man’s body going to do?!
I admit, I’m a really, really, REALLY big kid at heart (I always say around 12 years old or so…I still love my video games and cartoons) but that’s the only thing that’s allowing me to hang onto what’s left of my sanity. And my sanity is hanging by an extremely thin thread.
There’s just too much stress in my life at the moment to not be able to play online with all those other couch warriors and possibly toss back a few.
Basically, I need a little R&R at night with my big, beautiful (and shiny) black box that cost a bloody fortune. Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to go at it solo tonight (pun possibly intended).
